Most of the CHA's do their routine work of customer clearing for Import and Export related stuffs.
However, I have witnessed Shobha's capabilities at the most difficult time of my customs experience when I wanted to Pre-close my "Project Import Scheme (PIS)" in time bound manner, and all my consignments also did not have engineers certificate as well; however, I wanted to get earliest refund of cash security and collateral given against my PIS.
I contacted numerous CHAS, most of them either said that it will take years and demanded exorbitant price, tried to take advantage of the situation. Nevertheless, I found Shobha's contact details from Customs registered CHAs list. I called her for discussion. She sounded me confident with process, and she ensured me that I can do this in time bound manner. However, back of the mind I had larger timeline and I committed to my management whereas she did a fantastic, unimaginable job and closed the entire work within much sorter than her committed timeline.
Nowadays, I see that she is conducting numerous seminars and trying to enhance the customers knowledge and serve a better experience.
